The band’s sound is characterized by a blend of noise rock, punk, and metal influences, with gritty vocals and intense, sludgy guitar riffs reminiscent of bands like Helmet, The Melvins, and the Amphetamine Reptile roster. ButWhores. are no regurgitated throwback act. Through intense, cathartic live performances and the perfected aggressive tenacity present on their recorded output, the band has gained a fervent following. Touring in support of their 2024 release, War, on The Ghost is Clear Records, WHORES. continue their aural attack that has gained them a reputation as one of the loudest band around.

Brooklyn’s A Deer A Horse bring their angst-driven lyrics and the minimalistic approach to punk that draws heavily on influences from 90s grunge and early Sub Pop and Kill Rock Stars distortion driven loud rock.
