FW Shows and Broken Goblet present grindcore veterans PIG DESTROYER with Jarhead Fertilizer, No/Mas, and Bandit, Thursday, April 18th for a weeknight metal meltdown. Tickets go on sale Friday, February 16th at 10AM.
Known for their blistering speed, chaotic guitar riffs, and brutal lyrics, Pig Destroyer’s music often dwells on themes of violence, nihilism, and psychological darkness. The band’s often abstract and metaphorical lyrics deal with a range of disturbing and introspective topics that showcase the crushing and brutal sound known for its raw and unrelenting energy, pushing the boundaries of extreme metal. They have released several critically acclaimed albums, including their 2001 breakthrough Prowler in the Yard and the 2018 release Head Cage.
Jarhead Fertilizer bring their sludgy doom and death metal, showcased on their standout 2023 release Carceral Warfare, while Washington DCs No/Mas bring their thrash and grindcore to help get things started along with Philly’s own Bandit.
